Well good old transfers came in yesterday and as i thought i am leaving. I am going to the country to a nice place called Burkeville. it sounds like the population is twelve and not a store in sight. no im just kidding but im sure its not all that big. i am with a Elder Hinds. he is the district leader and is going home in a few months. i have a feeling i will be in this place for a while. well the snow sucked as normal. it snowed for a while this morning and it was really cold and stuff. it was pretty interesting. well this week i did get yours, grandmas, and rileys packages. they were good. well about those nice pictures. the one of the building with the graffiti is across the street from the church. it was just one of those pictures i took to remind me of the getto. the other one you asked about is lucie. she is such a nice lady. mom how about that sewing job. i actually tried to fix them that morning and then i kneeled down to pray and they just ripped again so i just said to heck with it and gave up. as far as my birthday goes, i could use some new pants. make sure they are washable. i guess they could be a size smaller. not too much though. i might put some pounds back on since im gonna be in a car now. they changed my email so i guess this is the new one. well family i love you all so very much. . i miss each one of you. know that you all are in my prayers.
love ya Elder North

How are y'all doing on this wonderful cold day? Well haha it has been a interesting one as of late. on Saturday it decided to snow a lot. it dumped about eight inches or so and that meant we could not go do much. we did not have church, we could not ride our bikes, we could not walk to far because people are crazy and would probable hit us. so i think i read twenty talks form conference and cried a little. it was terrible.
well i did hear that Utah lost to BYU. that was sweet. i also heard that they wore pink. i thought that was funny.
i am glad that you had fun in st George. i sure was thinking of a nice golf day there when i was stuck in side for three days. i guess its going to snow again this weekend too. oh what fun and games that will be.
well the work is going pretty well. we are still teaching Tiny. she is one of those that we found a long time ago and we are still teaching her. this week i pray we have church because she is fasting whether she should be baptized or not. she is such a great lady. maybe you could include her in your prayers. she just needs the spiritual confirmation that it is true and be able to recognize it. i know that through prayer miracles can happen.
well family i love and miss you. i thanks you for your prayers and your love and support. i have the best family in the world. i love you

hello Family
Hope yall are having a great day. this week has been a good one. we have a baptism on Saturday. Doug moved back so he still can be baptized. we also got a date for David Block. its now on the 8th of Aug. things here in norfolk are starting to really pick up. we currently have four people set for baptism and probable have another set tomorrow. we are still teaching Richard. He and his wife are still married and live not far from our apartment. we haven't had the chance to teach red yet but hopefully we will soon. Me and Elder Doxey still live together. its fun to have someone from springville in my apartment. we get some good laughs in at night. here in Norfolk we don't have to knock on sixty doors a day. i would hate that. we talk to a lot of people while we are riding our bikes. that's a lot more effective than knocking doors. that's good that your still taking swing class. i passed a course yesterday and thought of ya and about good old hobble creek. I got your package with the chips and the jerky. thanks so much. i enjoy coming home and snacking on those for a while before i go to bed. so yesterday we went to down town norfolk. we were passing a building at is said PETA on it. ya know People for the Ethical treatment of animals. I laughed and maybe on a p day we can go and teach them about genesis and how Adam had dominion over the animals. i think that would be the best time in the world. the people here say peta stands for people embarrassing the tide water area. only in norfolk. that's good that yall are working on the shed at the ranch. it will be nice when yall get that done, that way i wont have to lift anymore of those heavy beams. well i hope all is well and that yall have a wonderful week and i look forward to hearing from ya. love and miss ya

How the heck are Ya? good i hope. I am doing good. Norfolk is hot and humid. oh well what can ya do. This week was really good. we now have three people set for baptism. we have one one the 22nd, and two for the month of aug. it was way cool. we taught this guy named richard and he prayed about the book of mormom and got an answer. he actually married a lady who served in this mission a few years ago. so thats pretty sweet. he has an awesome roomate red,who has been asking a lot of questions. they are both in the navy. red used to ride bulls in the PBR. he is the man. he is from a small town in Texas. he decided to give it up and go into the navy and work on diesel motors. but now he wants out. i hope he decides to take the lessons from us. we have had a few dinner appointments this week. but no i have not been cooking. well if tuna fish sandwiches and frozen pizzas count than yeah. we eat a lot of bannanas and cereal. but other than that i am getting by. the acne thing is doing good. i seem to rarly get any so that is great. on the fourth of july we did not do a thing. we heard alot of fireworks and we ordered some pizza from pizza hut. it tasted awesome and then we went to bed. i know sounds like a lot of fun. I got a email from wes. sounds like he is doing good. thats not good that he might have ot go to afganistan. but i know that the lord will take care of him. thats good that they stared on the shed. it will look good with that new tractor your gonna buy in it. im glad i did not have to lift those beams. oh and i dont really feel to bad about tad and zack being tired. i pedal my bike like ten or twelve miles a day in 90 degree head and humidity off the charts. thanks for getting the box shipped off. riding a bike and pants really dont mix. they get really dirty. Ryan C. entered the mtc today. thats so crazy and clark goes in next. before we know it we will all be home again. thanks again family for all ya do for me. ya are the best family anyone could ever ask for. i love and miss ya

I should be getting my Drivers licence pretty soon. when i do i will send home my birth certificate and social security card. i will send it home priority mail. but let me know what the best thing to do is. I say this amazing golf course the other day. i hope one of these days i will be able to play it. that's cool that you got to go see the bar j again. i love to listen to them. they are so funny. I'm glad that work is going well. i miss taking the laundry. cause now i have to do it myself. i am getting to be a pro at it. we don't eat anything around here. i will probable come home skinny. i think i lost ten pounds or so in the mtc and a few more in Virginia. dad how did the biggest looser turn out. who won? the ward in Virginia is awesome. they are really strong. i bore my testimony on Sunday. i was not even nervous. Tell everyone that i said hi and that i am doing OK. I am a touch homesick but i know that what i am doing is the best thing for me. again i want to tell you how much i love you. i miss you and cant wait to call you on Sunday around eight our time and six your time. Love ya a lot- Elder North
